Return & Exchange Policy

All items are eligible for return and exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
Promotional items associated with a returned product must also be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
Purchases made using gift vouchers, credit cards, or installment payment services are not eligible for cash refunds.
Refunds for payments collected by third-party companies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
Receipt of the shipment from the courier company is considered confirmation by the customer that the outer carton is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to delivery.
The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
